FROM FISHING TO SALES COUNTER IN 24 HOURS

The location of the facility allows CIR to bring various sizes of ultra-fresh fish to the national market within twenty-four hours.

The product is caught and immediately transferred to insulated containers filled with seawater and ice. Upon arrival at the facility, the fish is mechanically transferred onto workbenches for sorting, packaging, weighing, icing, and labelling.

Once packaged, the fish is placed on pallets ready for delivery, which is carried out using refrigerated trucks that depart the same evening and deliver the following morning.

DISTRIBUTION

The majority of the product (about 70%) is destined for Northern Italy and distributed through the G.D.O. channel (Esselunga, Rialto, and Bennet), while the remainder is distributed through local wholesalers.
